Which of my customers are impacted?

All existing Opus Energy customers have been written to informing them of the proposed transfer of contracts.

What about my commission arrangements?

PE will assume responsibility for all commission payments related to supplies from 1 May 2025 onwards. This news does not impact full & final commission payments relating to Opus Energy customer contracts before the date of transfer.

Will you still register future start dated new business contracts?

No, we are no longer accepting new business contracts. Any existing future dated contracts will transfer to PE.

When will this happen? Are sales stopping immediately?

We are no longer accepting new business contracts.

What happens if the TPI doesn’t have an agreement in place with PE?

Please contact PEs dedicated TPI team at tpi@pe.solutions to agree a contract.

How do I get status updates for my contract(s)?

In the meantime, reports continue to be available via My Opus Energy (MOE) until further notice.

What happens if a switch is already due in that window as the customer has placed a contract elsewhere? How will this be managed?

This will continue as planned.
