Richard Shakespeare
Director of Opus Energy
Richard has overall responsibility for the Opus Energy business. He believes in a customer-centric approach, led by a strong employee focus, to create a continual improvement culture. He's also passionate about helping business's on their decarbonisation journeys.
Luke Harrison
Director of Customer Operations
Luke has responsiblity for our customer operations, which includes customer service, complaints, change of tenancy, collections, metering, billing, settlement and smart metering. Luke and the team have a real passion for getting it 'right first time'.
Kelly-Marie Lovesy
Director of Sales
Kelly runs the sales department, which incompasses direct, indirect and mid market sales, business development and sales business services. Kelly is also Co-chair of our Womens Colleague Resource Group at Drax.
