How do I request a refund?
If you have any credit on your Opus Energy account, you can request a refund by calling our Customer Service team on 01604 673100.
When you call us, please have a current meter reading and payment details to hand. Once we have these details, we will verify your credit balance and we aim to refund you within 10 working days.
