Did you know that you can access the energy usage data from your meter free of charge?

Understanding your energy use can put you in control, helping you with decisions about how to make better use of your energy.

If you have a meter that sends us data every Half Hour

You can access your energy usage data on the My Opus Energy portal. Here you can see visualisations of your data or export it. Sign into My Opus Energy or find out more here.

If you’re not registered for My Opus Energy, you can do that here.

If you have a Non-Smart meter

You can access your most recent reads on the My Opus Energy portal. If you're not registered for My Opus Energy you can do that here.

For an export of your data as a CSV file, please contact us using the contact details on your bill. We’ll respond to you about any data requests within 10 working days.
