Meet the team
Luke Harrison
Director of Customer Operations
Luke has overall responsibility for Opus Energy business. He believes in a customer-centric approach, led by a strong employee focus, to create a continual improvement culture. He’s also passionate about helping businesses on their decarbonisation journeys.
Sam Heaton
Head of Business Change
Sam oversees the Business Change department, which includes Project Management, Business Analysis, Marketing and Risk Governance. The teams work closely with other business areas to make sure changes are managed efficiently and that systems and processes work effectively.
Sue Chalmers
Head of Opus Finance
Sue has responsibility for the finance department, which includes business partnering, management accounting for gross margin, bad debt charges and operational expenditure, accounts receivable, and cash forecasting. Sue has a passion for people and their development, continuous improvement and DE&I.
Jason Reeve
Head of Customer Operations
Jason has responsibility for our customer operations, which includes customer service, complaints, change of tenancy, collections, metering, billing, settlement and smart metering. Jason and the team have a real passion for “getting it right first time”.
