Opus Energy supplies electricity, but it is your local electricity distribution company that’s responsible for power cuts, and the wires and cables that connect you to the National Grid.

Gas leak, carbon monoxide leak or no gas supply? Call 0800 111 999 to reach the National Grid Emergency Service.
If you smell gas or have a carbon dioxide leak, turn your supply off at the meter, air out the area, extinguish any naked flames and don’t turn electrical switches on or off.
