If you are an existing Export or FiT customer please contact renewables@drax.com or call 0845 040 5795 for further assistance.
If you are a renewables customer you will still be able to access MOE (My Opus Energy).
Complaints:
If you have an enquiry or complaint relating to the supply period for when you were a customer of Opus you can email us on contactus@opusenergy.com until 31 March 2026.

If your complaint is about a broker you worked with, please contact them directly. From 19 December 2024, the Energy Ombudsman Alternative Dispute Resolution Service will accept complaints from both microbusinesses and small business consumers. You can contact Energy Ombudsman on 0330 440 1624 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, and Saturday, 9am to 1pm), or email enquiry@energyombudsman.org.
